A WordPress security & maintenance plan will significantly improve the security of your website. It will reduce the probability of data loss and accelerate the identification of issues and recovery of your website in the event that it is compromised.

Note that improved security features and backup process cannot guarantee that your website will not experience catastrophic data loss or be hacked. Gnu World’s liability in the event of a hack or website failure is limited to using specified software systems and support hours to protect (and if necessary, attempt to recover) your website and data.

FAQ

Why do you perform maintenance and feature updates less frequently than security updates?

Any update can potentially break something on a site. For this reason, it is best to roll out only critical security updates immediately and to implement less important maintenance and feature updates periodically or when necessary.

Do any allocated support hours carry across to the next month?

No. All support hours expire at the end of the relevant calendar month.
